Hello, I’m Rach - your friendly live events illustrator!
I’m here to add a little something extra to your wedding or special celebration! I create beautiful hand-painted watercolor and ink illustrations for your guests, live on the day - arguably the nicest wedding favour they’ll ever receive, and one they won’t quietly leave behind! Based in Coventry and available across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and throughout the UK.

Well firstly, your guests get to take home their own unique piece of artwork - a personal keepsake to remember your day by.
Live illustration is a fun and memorable way to entertain your guests. It brings a sense of occasion, offers something a little different, and gives people the chance to watch the artwork come to life as the event unfolds.
Perfect for weddings, christenings, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, and corporate events, live illustration adds an interactive experience and a thoughtful keepsake your guests will genuinely enjoy.

I will arrive 30-45 mins before your guests are due to arrive.
I set up a space to work from at your venue, I will require a table to paint on (plus a chair) and I will bring everything else.
At the start of the event, guests are then able to approach me, I’ll then take quick reference photos of your guests (typically in pairs or small groups).
Throughout the event, I’ll paint their portraits live. Guests are welcome to watch, chat, and see the artwork come to life. I love interacting with your guests, I think this really adds something special to the whole experience.
Illustrations will be ready for collection by the end of the event. If for any reason I cannot complete the amount agreed, I will send them the following week to be sent out with your thank you cards.
If needed, I can complete additional portraits in my studio and send them out within 10 working days.

I can create 4-8 guest illustrations per hour, based on 2 or more people per painting (That’s roughly 3-4 A5 watercolour illustrations).
If you’re hosting a larger event, I’m happy to quote for full guest lists beyond the package options below.

I’m based in Coventry, West Midlands. Travel up to 20 miles is included in your package. After that, I charge 50p per mile. For events further than 1.5 hours away, an overnight stay fee applies - this will be dependant on local accommodation.

Yes absolutely, no problem! Additional illustrations can be added on at £10 per person, just let me know what you require and we can have a chat.

I am happy to discuss the below packages for corporate events and private parties, I also offer an hourly rate if you would rather book a time slot and need all the paintings on the day.
