Live Wedding & Event Illustration in Warwickshire

Well firstly, your guests get to take home their own unique piece of artwork - a personal keepsake to remember your day by, how exciting!

Live illustration is a fun and memorable way to entertain your guests. It brings a sense of occasion, offers something a little different, and gives people the chance to watch the artwork come to life as the event unfolds.

Perfect for weddings, christenings, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, and corporate events, live illustration adds an interactive experience and a thoughtful keepsake your guests will genuinely enjoy.

I will arrive 30-45 mins before your guests are due to arrive.

I set up a space to work from at your venue, I will require a table to paint on (plus a chair) and I will bring everything else.

At the start of the event, guests are able to approach me, I’ll then take quick reference photos of your guests (typically in pairs or small groups).

Throughout the day, I’ll paint their portraits live. Guests are welcome to watch, chat, and see the artwork come to life. I love interacting with your guests, I think this really adds something special to the whole experience.

Illustrations that are completed by the end of the event can be taken home with guests. The balance will be completed back in my studio, and will be posted to you to be sent out with your thank you cards.

If needed, I can complete additional portraits in my studio and send them out within 30 working days.

I can create 4-6 guest illustrations per hour, based on 2 or more people per painting (That’s roughly 3-4 A5 watercolour portraits).

Each illustration is completely original and painted from scratch, based on your individual guests. I capture each person in their own pose, outfit and character, so no two portraits are ever the same.

If you’re hosting a larger event, I’m happy to quote for full guest lists beyond the package options below.

for all packages, I arrive 45-60 mins before your guests arrive at your venue, and will stay until around 7pm, unless agreed otherwise.

If your illustrations are finished before 7pm, I will leave once complete.

I’m based in Coventry, West Midlands. Travel up to 20 miles is included in your package. After that, I charge 50p per mile. For events further than 1.5 hours away, an overnight stay fee applies - this will be dependant on local accommodation.

Yes absolutely, no problem! Additional illustrations can be added on at £10 per person, just let me know what you require and we can have a chat.

I now include all of the unedited photos I take of your guests in with my packages.

These will be sent over in a digital folder for you to keep.

I will take photos of all of your illustrations and send them to you once complete.

These are basic unedited photos and will be sent digitally to you.

I am happy to discuss the below packages for corporate events and private parties, I also offer an hourly rate if you would rather book a time slot and need all the paintings on the day.
